Whether you order from Dhaka or from any other district across the country, our logistics network ensures your product reaches your doorstep safely and on time. Customers can shop online from anywhere in Bangladesh, and we deliver directly to the address provided at checkout.
Most orders are delivered within 2 to 5 business days, depending on your delivery location. Deliveries within Dhaka city are generally faster, while deliveries to remote districts may take slightly longer due to courier logistics. Delivery timeframes shown at checkout are estimates and are not guaranteed, as they can be affected by factors beyond our control such as courier delays, weather conditions, regional holidays, and unforeseen circumstances. Urgent orders can be given priority handling — simply reach out to our support team after placing your order to request this.
Once an order is confirmed and payment is verified, our team begins processing it for dispatch. Because technology product prices can change at any time, and stock levels fluctuate, we recommend contacting our customer care team before placing an order to confirm current stock availability and expected delivery timing for your specific product and location.
Shipping costs are calculated based on the delivery location and the total weight of the order. These charges are clearly displayed at checkout before payment is completed, so there are no hidden delivery fees.
Every shipment is packed with protective materials to minimize the risk of damage during transit. Order tracking is provided so customers can follow their shipment's progress. In the rare case an issue arises during transit, our team works directly with the courier partner to resolve it.
Cash on delivery is available across all 64 districts of Bangladesh. For COD orders, full payment is collected at the time the product is delivered to your address.
For customers who prefer to spread out their payments, Tech Valley offers bank EMI plans ranging from 3 to 36 months, with zero-interest EMI available on select products, in addition to standard payment options such as bKash, Nagad, cards, and bank transfer.
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete delivery address at the time of order placement. Tech Valley cannot be held responsible for delivery delays or failures resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
If a delivered item arrives damaged or an item is missing from your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence so we can investigate and resolve the issue promptly.

বেশিরভাগ অর্ডার ডেলিভারি অবস্থানের ভিত্তিতে ২ থেকে ৫ কার্যদিবসের মধ্যে সরবরাহ করা হয়। ঢাকা শহরের মধ্যে ডেলিভারি সাধারণত দ্রুত হয়, তবে দূরবর্তী জেলাগুলোতে কুরিয়ার লজিস্টিকসের কারণে সামান্য বেশি সময় লাগতে পারে। চেকআউটে প্রদর্শিত ডেলিভারির সময়সীমা একটি আনুমানিক ধারণা মাত্র এবং নিশ্চিত নয়, কারণ কুরিয়ার বিলম্ব, আবহাওয়া, আঞ্চলিক ছুটির দিন এবং অপ্রত্যাশিত পরিস্থিতির মতো আমাদের নিয়ন্ত্রণের বাইরের বিষয়গুলো এতে প্রভাব ফেলতে পারে। জরুরি অর্ডারের ক্ষেত্রে অগ্রাধিকার প্রদান করা যেতে পারে — অর্ডার দেওয়ার পর আমাদের সাপোর্ট টিমের সাথে যোগাযোগ করলেই হবে।

ডেলিভারি অবস্থান এবং অর্ডারের মোট ওজনের ভিত্তিতে শিপিং খরচ নির্ধারণ করা হয়। পেমেন্ট সম্পন্ন করার আগে চেকআউটে এই খরচ স্পষ্টভাবে প্রদর্শিত হয়, ফলে কোনো লুকানো ডেলিভারি ফি থাকে না।

বাংলাদেশের সকল ৬৪টি জেলায় ক্যাশ অন ডেলিভারি সুবিধা রয়েছে। COD অর্ডারের ক্ষেত্রে, পণ্য আপনার ঠিকানায় পৌঁছানোর সময় সম্পূর্ণ পেমেন্ট সংগ্রহ করা হয়।
যেসব গ্রাহক তাদের পেমেন্ট কয়েক মাসে ভাগ করতে চান, তাদের জন্য Tech Valley ৩ থেকে ৩৬ মাসের ব্যাংক ইএমআই সুবিধা প্রদান করে, যেখানে নির্দিষ্ট কিছু পণ্যে জিরো-ইন্টারেস্ট ইএমআই সুবিধাও রয়েছে, এছাড়া bKash, Nagad, কার্ড এবং ব্যাংক ট্রান্সফারের মতো সাধারণ পেমেন্ট অপশনও পাওয়া যায়।
অর্ডার প্রদানের সময় সঠিক ও সম্পূর্ণ ডেলিভারি ঠিকানা প্রদান করার দায়িত্ব গ্রাহকের। গ্রাহকের প্রদত্ত ভুল বা অসম্পূর্ণ ঠিকানার তথ্যের কারণে সৃষ্ট ডেলিভারি বিলম্ব বা ব্যর্থতার জন্য Tech Valley দায়ী থাকবে না।
যদি ডেলিভারি হওয়া পণ্য ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত অবস্থায় পৌঁছায় বা আপনার অর্ডার থেকে কোনো পণ্য অনুপস্থিত থাকে, তাহলে দয়া করে ডেলিভারির ৪৮ ঘণ্টার মধ্যে ছবিসহ প্রমাণ দিয়ে আমাদের সাথে যোগাযোগ করুন, যাতে আমরা দ্রুত বিষয়টি তদন্ত করে সমাধান করতে পারি।
